Amy Testifies at Senate Hearing in Support of Whistleblower Protections

On April 25, 2012 9:30am, I testified with Senator Leland Yee in support of his Senate Bill 1336: Whistleblower Findings. The hearing was the Governance and Finance Committee in Room 112 of the State Capitol in Sacramento, California. SB 1336 proposes to require the release of names of wrong-doers after the findings of an investigation have been substantiated and the perpetrators have committed significant wrong-doing. This bill will help to enhance whistleblower protections. A big thanks to Senator Yee for his all his work on protecting whistleblowers!
